- 1 lb fresh pizza dough
- 15 oz MUIR GLEN Organic Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp basil flakes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup white mushrooms, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pastry flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread a little pastry flour over your countertop.
- Place the fresh dough on the floured surface.
- Shape and stretch the dough into a circle.
- Set the shaped dough on your pizza pan.
- Mix together the tomato sauce, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, basil flakes, sugar, and sea salt in a bowl.
- Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, leaving an inch around the edge.
- Layer on the mushrooms, spinach, red pepper, and green pepper.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Pop the pizza into the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Slice and serve hot!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
