- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
- 1 egg (for wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt and combine until a sticky dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a stick, about 6 inches long.
- Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
- Brush each stick with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the tops.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
