Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 egg (for wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and combine until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a stick, about 6 inches long.
  6. Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
  7. Brush each stick with the egg wash.
  8. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the tops.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let them cool slightly before serving.
